No sales call to get a quote. Each web app has one monthly price for your plan, with unlimited users, and bigger plans include more.
Choose a bigger plan, even with fewer campuses
Your plan sets what’s included, not just how many campuses you can add. A one-school district can choose the Medium District plan to get 750 texts and 75 calls a month, 2 private trainings a year, a guided setup call, and a system audit and roster sync meeting before going live. Move up anytime from Settings; the difference is on your next bill.
Texts and calls, past what’s included
3¢ a text segment (2.5¢ past 5,000 a month) and 10¢ an automated call. Email is always included.
Save with more web apps
10% off each plan with 2 of our web apps, 15% with 3 to 5, and 20% with all 6.
Pay yearly, get 2 months free
Pay for the year up front and pay for 10 months instead of 12.
Everyone included
Every admin, staff member and sub uses it at no extra cost, however many you have.
Do we have to buy all six?
No. Start with one web app, add others only when they help, and drop any you stop using. Each web app is priced on its own.
Is there anything to download or install?
No. Every Weaverbird Works web app runs in the web browser you already use, on any computer, tablet or phone. There’s no software to install, no app store, and nothing for your IT team to push out to devices. People sign in at a web address and get to work. Subs and staff can add a shortcut to their phone’s home screen if they like, but it’s the same web app.
How is each web app priced?
Each web app has one monthly price for the plan you choose, with unlimited users: see the table above. Pick the plan that fits your campuses, or a bigger one for the texts, calls, private trainings and setup help it includes. Texts and calls past what’s included are billed by use, a few AI features include a monthly allowance, and using more of our web apps lowers each plan.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Your first 3 paid months are a commitment; after that it’s month to month and you can cancel anytime. If your district needs a purchase order or a signed agreement, we’ll work with your process.
Can we pay with grant or federal funds?
Often, yes. Our free funding guide walks through Title II-A, Title IV-A, REAP and state programs, with draft wording for your application.
Do the web apps communicate with each other?
Yes, once you connect them. Connect any two web apps with a one-time code. They then share what they have in common: campuses, lists and staff are entered once and kept in step in every connected web app. They also pass work along: leave requests go between Subs and HR, forms built in Builder hand their answers to the web app that acts on them, and a new hire in HR can start setup in Help Desk, Facilities and Finance. Staff sign in once and move between web apps. Nothing has to be connected; every web app works fully on its own.
What are your data standards and IT security measures?
Your district owns its data, and you can download your records as spreadsheets whenever you like. We never sell it or use it for advertising. Each district’s data is kept separate. Everything is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed and checked against known data breaches, and repeated wrong guesses lock the account. Two-step sign-in is available to everyone, and your district can require it for administrators. Google and Microsoft sign-in are supported too. An activity log records every sign-in and change. We back up every night and keep an encrypted copy with a second provider. Staff can come straight from your student information system or a spreadsheet. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
Why is it called Weaverbird Works?
Weaverbirds weave their nests strand by strand, and some build one great nest that a whole colony shares. That’s the idea behind our web apps: each one is made for one office, and together they weave your district’s work into one place.
