These terms cover using this website, weaverbirdworks.com. Using one of our products is covered by that product’s own Terms of Service, which your district agrees to when it signs up and each person accepts when they first sign in (listed below).

Using this site

• Information, not advice. The product pages describe what each product does today. The funding guide is general information, not legal or grant advice: your state education agency and your district’s federal programs director decide what’s allowable.
• Prices. Prices and plans shown here are what we charge new districts today. What your district pays, and the 12-month price lock and 3-month commitment, are set by the product’s Terms when it signs up.
• Be fair. Please don’t send us anything that isn’t yours to share, try to break into the site, or copy it to pass off as your own.
• Our words and logos belong to Weaverbird Works. You’re welcome to share links and quote the site to talk about us.
