Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website, weaverbirdworks.com: the home page, the product pages and the funding guide. Each of our products has its own Privacy Policy for the information districts and their people keep in it (listed below).

What we collect here

• Forms you send us. When you book a product tour or ask for a funding plan, we get what you type: your name, work email, school or district, job title or role, and, if you give them, the number of campuses, your state, the products and funding programs you picked and your message. It’s kept in our own sales records so we can follow up, and a tour request is also emailed to our inbox through FormSubmit, a form delivery service.
• Booking a time. Times are booked through Google Calendar’s appointment page, shown inside our page. Google asks for your name and email to book, and Google’s own privacy policy covers what you give it there.
• The funding finder’s answers are kept in your own browser, on your device, so the guide remembers them next time. They aren’t sent to us unless you send the funding plan form. Clearing your browser’s site data removes them.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, sees your address and browser to deliver the pages and keep the site safe. The fonts load from Google Fonts.

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and we don’t sell what you send us or share it for anyone else’s marketing. We use it only to set up what you asked for and to follow up about our products.
